I don't need an apology

I just need to hear that it was an honest mistake and you realise that.

Here's the thing:

As humans, ordinary people, we hurt and get hurt. That's a norm. You hurt, get hurt, seek forgiveness, are asked for forgiveness, and life goes on. So far, so good.

Problem lies where you hurt somebody, and not just you don't seek forgiveness but you also don't realize and acknowledge that somebody's gotten hurt as a result of something you did.

There's too much talk about self - we rationalize everything we do. And while at it, we completely discount how or what others may feel.

We're all guilty of it. And victims, too.
